PacketBrain Executive Team:Ken Peterson - PresidentMr. Peterson is a graduate of The Georgia Institute of Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He began his career at Cisco Systems working as a TAC engineeer recreating customer networks and performing root cause analysis in the Cisco labs. This exposure to a wide variety of customer configurations and designs naturally prepared him for his next position as one of the first instructors at ARG, the company that later became Global Knowledge. He has been involved with the Cisco learning program since its inception in the mid 90s. During his ten years at Global Knowledge, Mr. Peterson served as both a Unix and Cisco instructor, an E-learning author, a course director, and ended his tenure as the Technical Director of the Cisco Service Provider training group. Mr. Peterson then joined FastLane as the Vice President of Product Development for a two year span where he served in a direct sales role to Fortune 500 clients, created and directed a technical team of over 100 instructors in 30 countries, and served as the lead for large course development projects such as the new CCNP curriculum released by Cisco in 2010. In 2009, Mr. Peterson branched out to manage the formation of PacketBrain and has directed all activities with a tight focus on three items: quality, cost control, and technical expertise. Donald Anders - Vice PresidentDon is an business process optimization expert with over 20 years of experience improving productivity through IT inside the US Office of Personnel Management. His work within the US government was so groundbreaking that he has been published in the Harvard Business Review. At PacketBrain, Don is focused on helping our customers align new business processes with the latest productivity enhancing products and solutions from Cisco. Don served his country honorably for two tours in the US Marine Corps and brings the discipline learned with the Marines to our business processes. Cibele Dazzi - Vice President of OperationsMrs. Dazzi is a graduate of the University of Sao Paulo with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Cibele began her career as a clinical research professional for international drug studies contracted by Fortune 500 firms such as Abbott Labs and GlaxoSmithKline. With her international exposure and ability to speak multiple languages fluently, Mrs. Dazzi quickly moved up the ranks to serve as a project manager for these same drug studies. Mrs. Dazzi is an expert at managing complex, international projects and personalities with ease. She will serve as the liason for our largest clients requiring coordination across large numbers of personnel and across borders. Dominic Scimeca - Director of MarketingMr. Scimeca is an Internet marketing expert in the rapidly changing landscape of email and social media advertising. He is driving our efforts to expose more people to the high quality, low cost solutions on which PacketBrain has built its brand. Mr. Scimeca is also the driving force behind the unique innovations you see both on this website and our web-based lab interfaces. Mr. Scimeca is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Physics.
