The next IOS after 12.4 is 15.0... available now. 13 is unlucky in western culture and 14 is unlucky in Asian cultures... or at least that's the story I was told!
Also, no more different IOS types for voice or security... just one big fat IOS file that everyone uses and voice, security, etc feature sets are unlocked with (enforced) license codes.
